• The Try Before You Buy service is only available at our main store located at Carrer d'Aragó 534, 08013 Barcelona.
• Customers must provide valid identification and contact details to participate.
• This service is intended for individuals genuinely interested in purchasing a racket and is subject to staff approval.

2. Racket Availability

• Only select models are available for testing based on current stock and demand.
• Customers may try up to two rackets per visit unless otherwise agreed with our staff.

3. Test Duration & Supervision

• Testing of rackets takes place on designated courts or areas approved by Top Game Sports staff.
• The test period is supervised by our team to ensure safety and correct use.
• Rackets must be returned immediately after the trial period in the same condition as provided.

4. Damage & Liability

• Customers are responsible for the care of the equipment during the trial.
• Any damage beyond normal use, loss, or misuse of the racket may result in charges equivalent to the retail price of the product.
• By participating, customers agree to use the equipment safely and appropriately.

5. Purchase Incentives

• If you decide to purchase a racket after testing, our team can advise on available discounts or promotions at the time of purchase.
• Testing the racket does not obligate the customer to purchase, but Top Game Sports reserves the right to refuse repeat trials without purchase.

6. Booking & Availability

• Walk-in testing is subject to availability. We recommend booking your visit in advance to secure your preferred racket.

7. Right to Refuse
