- In-store pickup (Carrer d'Aragó 534, Barcelona): free.
- Orders placed before 14:00, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or the Portuguese islands.

- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it.

- Return shipping is paid by the customer; if the product arrives faulty or is the wrong item, we pay.
