RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE OF UP TO (maximum) 15 CALENDAR DAYS after receiving your order, returning the amount paid within 14 days of receiving and validating the material as follows:

1. A product cannot be returned if it has already been used.
2. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging and seals at the time of return.
3. Free returns with shipping costs to be paid by the customer, for unopened products.

STEP-BY-STEP RETURN (only PENINSULA and Balearic Islands)

1. Send an email to postventa@topgamesports.com requesting your return label.

2. Prepare the package. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, including both the wrapping and the seal with which they arrived. This includes gifts, if included in the order. Don't forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.

3. Affix the label to the outside of the package and take it to the shipping agency you've chosen to process the return. Remember not to affix the label directly to the products or their original boxes. If you can't print it, check with your chosen shipping company; they usually offer the option of printing a QR code.

4. Once we receive the product, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and refund your money as soon as possible. If the product, once received at our facilities, does not meet the conditions outlined in the Return Policy and/or is not in perfect condition, the After-Sales Department will contact you to process the return.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

* Voluntary returns will not be free of charge; shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

** If you have chosen the PREMIUM or PREMIUM PLUS shipping option, if the order is returned, the express shipping costs are non-refundable.

*** If your order value is less than €50, the shipping costs paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Only the original purchase price of the product will be refunded.

**** In the event that the order was sent to a destination other than the Peninsula, the return costs are the customer's responsibility. This means that the customer must send the order, postage paid, packed in its original packaging, and within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the order, to the following address: TOP GAME SPORTS, C/ d'Aragó, 534, 08013, Barcelona.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

As soon as we receive the return in the indicated conditions, we will proceed to refund your order amount, depending on the payment method you previously used: For orders paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your credit card account.

If you paid via PayPal, you will receive a credit in your PayPal account. You can decide whether you want the amount to remain in your PayPal account for future purchases or to have it transferred to your bank account. Contact PayPal to receive your money wherever you prefer.

If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive a credit directly into your bank account. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will transfer the money to your bank account. To do so, please provide your bank account details by emailing postventa@topgamesports.com. You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your refund under the specified conditions.

PRODUCT CHANGES

For product exchanges, please write to postventa@topgamesports.com requesting a product exchange. The after-sales department will provide you with the appropriate protocol for your exchange.

• PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

- STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery time: 48-72 business hours after leaving our facilities.

Cost to the customer: Free (orders over €50). Promotion from August 1st to 31st, free shipping on orders over €35. Payment method: Bank transfer, deposit, or credit card.

If the order does not exceed €50, it will cost €9.95.

Destination: Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Orders to the Balearic Islands have a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours.

- PREMIUM SHIPPING

Delivery time: 24 hours guaranteed for orders placed before 2:00 PM with next-day delivery throughout the day. GUARANTEED. Deliveries Monday through Friday. If you purchase on Friday, delivery will be made the following business day. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Cost: For orders over €50 and paid by credit card, bank transfer, or deposit, the cost will be €15.

For orders under €50 the cost will be €4.95 + €15 (for Premium service).

Delivery Time: GUARANTEED delivery by 2:00 PM the following day for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Deliveries are Monday through Friday. If you purchase on Friday, delivery will be made the following business day. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Below you can see the PREMIUM PLUS shipping price for the following destinations:

- PENINSULA: For orders over €50 and paid by credit card, bank transfer, or deposit, the cost is €20.

For orders under €49, the cost is €15 + €3.95 for the Premium Plus service.

- CEUTA AND MELILLA : Shipping costs will always be €20, regardless of the cost of the order. The export duty (DUA) will also be added (for orders over €150, the amount will be €22, and for orders under €150, the amount will be €16).

The Import Dua (DUA) is NOT included. The estimated delivery time is 72-96 business hours. Cash on Delivery (COD) and PayPal are not accepted.

- CANARY ISLANDS : Shipping costs are always €20, regardless of the cost of the order. For orders over €150, a €13.50 customs duty will be added. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, cash on delivery and PayPal are not accepted.

All deliveries to the Canary Islands must clear Customs (which may incur tariff and handling fees), an agency under the Tax Agency, which could cause delays in delivery beyond Top Game Spots' control.

For orders that cannot be shipped in the 60 cm long x 50 cm wide bags used in our warehouses, our Customer Service will calculate the shipping costs based on weight and volume. In these cases, shipping will always be by sea, and the estimated delivery time will be approximately 15 days.

• PORTUGAL EXCEPT ISLANDS (AZORES AND MADEIRA) :

Shipping is free for orders over €70, provided the payment method is bank transfer, deposit, or credit card.

Orders under €70 will have a shipping cost of €11.95.

If you purchase ball boxes, shipping costs will increase, regardless of the delivery area.

*In the event that the customer refuses delivery at the time of delivery, all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order when the RETURN is made.

STEPS TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED PRODUCT

1 - If you notice any anomaly in the packaging of the merchandise upon delivery, you must indicate it and note it in the delivery observations.

2- Contact the GLS agency by phone (+34 902 113 300) at the time indicated by the company within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please indicate the delivery note number, the date, and the destination.

3- After 24 hours have passed since the accident, the insurance company rejects any claim covered by Article 366 of the Commercial Code, so it's important that you file your claim within that timeframe.
